Measured Building Surveys

Surveying of existing buildings, producing G.A Floor Plans, exterior Elevations & Sections in CAD format. We can accurately calculate gross and net internal areas, which may prove to be invaluable data for rental schemes.

Setting-Out and Site Engineering

We undertake all aspects of site engineering and carry out setting out works from housing, boundaries, roads & sewers retail & industrial estates to piling projects.

River Survey and Sections

Surveying river and stream channels & producing sections in CAD, for preparation for downstream flood analysis.

GPS Co-ordinated Surveys

Utilising the Latest equipment and software we are able to provide Survey Control based upon the Ordnance Survey Active GPS Network. These systems also allow us to undertake Land and Topographical Surveys or detailed setting out covering large areas, in a fast, accurate and reliable manner.
